Se rechazó la solicitud aclaración del auto del 28 de octubre de 2003 formulada por el ciudadano de la referencia, toda vez que la solicitud de aclaración y adición de un auto de rechazo a una solicitud de nulidad presentada extemporáneamente no es la oportunidad procesal para revivir el debate probatorio ni definir el valor y alcance de las pruebas tenidas en cuenta en su oportunidad en el proceso de tutela, en consecuencia, la Corte encontró que la solicitud de aclaración formulada resulta improcedente.
Contra el presente auto no procede recurso alguno.
