Se remitió el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Tercero Penal del Circuito de Pereira, Risaralda, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, decida la tutela del ciudadano de la referencia contra la Red de Solidaridad Social, en razón a la aplicación del Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, según el cual “son competentes para conocer de la acción de tutela, a prevención, los jueces y tribunales con jurisdicción en el lugar donde ocurriere la violación o la amenaza”.
