Se ordenó remitir el expediente contentivo de la tutela propuesta por los ciudadanos de la referencia contra la Caja de Compensación Familiar -Cafam-, al Juzgado Segundo Promiscuo Municipal de Madrid Cundinamarca para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial, toda vez que en acatamiento a lo resuelto en la sentencia de 18 de julio de 2002, proferida por la Sección Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado y en aplicación a lo dispuesto en el inciso tercero del numeral primero del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 del año 2000, se tiene que corresponde a los del Jueces Municipales el conocimiento en primera instancia de las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra “cualquier autoridad pública del orden distrital o municipal y contra los particulares”.
