Aunque el peticionario formuló varios cargos, la Corte consideró que solo dos de ellos constituían causales de nulidad.
Estas son, la relativa al eventual desconocimiento de la jurisprudencia de la Corporación sobre el principio de imparcialidad judicial y, el haberse dejado de examinar un asunto de relevancia constitucional con efectos trascendentales para la decisión adoptada.
Luego de analizar detalladamente cada uno de los cargos invocados, la Sala Plena decide NEGAR la declaración de nulidad pedida.
