La representante legal de AVIANCA solicitó a la Corporación de manera subsidiaria la nulidad de la sentencia T-069/15, en caso que fuese negada su petición de aclaración frente a la supuesta duda que generó la equiparación del PVB (Plan Voluntario de Beneficios) a un pacto colectivo.
Luego de determinar que la solicitud de nulidad incumplía con la carga argumentativa que requiere ese tipo de censura, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLA.
