CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del nueve (9) de junio de dos mil veinte (2020), proferido por la Magistrada Sustanciadora Diana Fajardo Rivera, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el ciudadano Edier Esteban Manco Pineda contra el artículo 13 (parcial) de la Ley 797 de 2003, radicada con el número D-13735.
- SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no cabe recurso alguno.
