Recurso de súplica en contra del auto que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, debido al silencio del actor frente al auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el escrito de súplica no planteó argumentos contra la decisión recurrida, sino que fue utilizado como escenario para plantear nuevamente los argumentos de la demanda.
Con base en lo anterior, dispuso CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
