DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el 27 de noviembre de 2017, por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa - Sala Unica de Decision, dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por la senora Mariana del Carmen Lara en contra de la Unidad para la Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas - UARIV.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC- 3273 Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa - Sala Unica de Decision, a fin de que tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar, en sede de impugnacion.
