La peticionaria aduce que la entidad accionada no dio cumplimiento a lo ordenando en la sentencia de la referencia.

Por su parte, la Fiscalía concluyó que la memorialista no se encontraba en ninguno de los eventos de especial protección señalados por la Corporación en la sentencia en mención.

Se decide NEGAR la solicitud de declaratoria de desacato impetrada por la memorialista contra la Fiscalía General de la Nación, frente al cumplimiento de la sentencia SU446/11.
