En este caso le correspondió a la Corte resolver varias peticiones sobre el Proyecto de Ley Estatutaria 08 de 2017 Senado y 016 de 2107 Cámara, Estatutaria de la Administración de Justicia en la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz y una solicitud de nulidad del Auto 068/19 sobre la Sentencia C-080/18.
Luego de analizar cada una de los requerimientos formulados, la Sala Plena decidió rechazar la solicitud de nulidad precitada e inhibirse para decidir las otras peticiones.
