Con el presente auto se SUSPENDEN los términos en el expediente de la referencia, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1273 DE 2023.
Se dispone que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta el día hábil siguiente a la fecha en que se decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1085 de 2023, mediante el cual se declaró el estado de emergencia económica, social y ecológica en el departamento de La Guajira, momento en que se reanudará la contabilización de términos.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-355, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1273 de 2023, a partir de la fecha de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta el día hábil siguiente a la fecha en que se decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1085 de 2023 (RE-347), momento en que se reanudará la contabilización de términos.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
