Con el presente Auto se suspenden los términos en el expediente de la referencia, correspondiente a la revisión de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1268 de 2023.
Se dispone que dicha suspensión se mantenga hasta el día hábil siguiente a la fecha en la que se decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1085 de 2023 (Expediente RE-347), momento a partir del cual se reanudará la contabilización de los términos.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-350, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1268 de 2023, a partir de la fecha de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta el día hábil siguiente a la fecha en que se decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 1085 de 2023 (RE-347), momento en que se reanudará la contabilización de términos.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
