La memorialista solicita a la Sala Séptima de Revisión adicionar el precitado fallo y pronunciarse sobre la existencia del requisito específico de procedibilidad de la acción de tutela contra providencias judiciales por violación de la Constitución.
La Sala consideró que la solicitud impetrada excede el ámbito de la aclaración y que se dirige a que el fallo sea modificado sustancialmente, pues realiza cuestionamientos sobre el fondo del mismo.
La Sala decide RECHAZAR la petición impetrada.
