Se ordenó remitir el expediente contentivo de la tutela propuesta por la ciudadana de la referencia contra Datacredito al Juzgado 46 Civil Municipal de Bogotá para que trámite y decida en forma inmediata, toda vez que esta Corte dará aplicación a lo dispuesto por el inciso tercero del numeral primero del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 del año 2000, según el cual a los del Jueces Municipales les serán repartidas para su conocimiento en primera instancia, las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra “cualquier autoridad pública del orden distrital o municipal y contra los particulares”.
