Solicitud de adición de la Sentencia T-107/23.
Los peticionarios argumentaron que la Corte debía complementar el precitado fallo y precisar si, como consecuencia de su ordinal segundo resolutivo, se les debía restituir tanto los predios objeto de controversia como el proyecto agroindustrial implementado en ellos.
La Sala consideró que no se cumplió la carga argumentativa necesaria, pues los memorialistas omitieron explicar mínimamente las razones por las que resultaba indispensable abordar el asunto referido a la tenencia de los inmuebles del proceso de restitución.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ, por improcedente la adición rogada.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de adición de la Sentencia T-107 de 2023 presentada por el señor Manuel Fernando Rangel Angarita y la Ganadera Isla de Santo Domingo S.A., debido al incumplimiento del requisito de la carga argumentativa.
- Segundo. INFORMARLES a los solicitantes que contra el presente auto no procede ningún recurso.
- Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICARLES la presente providencia a los peticionarios.
