Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-283/23.
El peticionario adujo que la parte resolutiva de la precitada providencia le generan dos dudas.
Una relacionada con el nombre de sus hijos y otra respecto al profesional o persona a quien debe concederle el poder, en tanto se le dificulta su desplazamiento para dar cumplimiento a la sentencia.
La Corte decidió RECHAZAR la aclaración impetrada, por haber sido presentada de manera extemporánea.
No obstante, se hizo una aclaración sobre la utilización de nombres ficticios de los menores de edad involucrados en el asunto y se advirtió al memorialista sobre la necesidad de que realice una lectura cuidadosa de la parte resolutiva del fallo, en donde de manera clara y precisa se le dio indicaciones sobre la manera de otorgar y enviar el poder aludido.
