- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado 3deg Civil del Circuito de Villavicencio, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Ana Isabel Leon Tiria contra la Comision Nacional del Servicio Civil.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, la presente sentencia al Tribunal Administrativo del Meta, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la misma.
