  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica impetrado contra el auto proferido el 17 de agosto de 2023, mediante el cual, la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo rechazó la demanda presentada por Juan Diego Buitrago Galindo contra el artículo 152 de la Ley 2294 de 2023.
  2. SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no proceden recursos.
  3. TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
