Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela de la referencia a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, como quiera que se le dio aplicación al Decreto 1382 de 2000 que resulta contrario a la Constitución.
En consecuencia, se devolvió el expediente al mencionado Juzgado para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.

- CORREGIR el error de transcripcion que se presento en la parte resolutiva del auto de fecha 7 de junio de 2001 dentro del tramite del expediente T-421832. En su lugar la parte resolutiva quedara de la siguiente manera:
- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela de la referencia, a partir del auto de fecha diecinueve (19) de octubre de 2000, proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Florencia (Caqueta), con base en las consideraciones ya expuestas en el auto de fecha siete (7) de junio de 2001, proferido por esta misma Sala de Revision.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Florencia (Caqueta), para que de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta solicitud de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
