- RESUELVE
- PRIMERO. ACLARAR que, para garantizar un adecuado ejercicio del derecho al debido proceso y, en particular, el cumplimiento integral del auto del 13 de diciembre de 2016 en virtud de lo ordenado por el articulo 64 del Reglamento Interno de este Tribunal, los terminos de la segunda suspension (por tres meses) iniciaron su conteo desde el 31 de marzo de 2017.
