Solicitud de cumplimiento de sentencia.

Frente a la solicitud impetrada por la Secretaria de Gobierno de la Alcaldía Municipal de Villavicencio, considera la Sala, que la Corte no debe, en este momento, asumir la competencia para conocer del cumplimiento de la sentencia T-527/11, por que es la autoridad judicial de primera instancia la competente para hacerlo.

Respecto a la solicitud de aclaración impetrada por la misma funcionaria y frente a la precitada sentencia, considera la Sala que es improcedente, no sólo por extemporánea, sino porque la orden allí impartida fue clara y comprensible.
