Se decidió la colisión de competencias suscitada entre el Tribunal Administrativo de Santander y el Juzgado Quinto Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, en el sentido de determinar que la competencia para tramitar la tutela instaurada por la ciudadana de la referencia le corresponde al citado Tribunal, quien ha debido tramitar la acción.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitirle expediente de tutela para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
