- Dejar sin efectos el auto proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Cáceres, Antioquia, de marzo 24 de 2009.
- Resolver el presente conflicto de competencia, adjudicando el conocimiento de esta acción de tutela a dicho despacho judicial al cual le correspondió en un principio y ha debido tramitarla sin dilaciones.
- Remitir el expediente de la referencia, por intermedio de la Secretaría General, al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Cáceres, Antioquia, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, tramite y decida la acción de tutela instaurada por Bonifacio Murillo Rivera, en nombre de la señora Luz Elena Castro Vargas contra la empresa de juegos de chance GANA S.A.
- Informar esta decisión, además, al Juzgado Veintidós Civil Municipal de Medellín.
