Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, por cuanto en el escrito de subsanación no se superaron los defectos detectados en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena decide CONFIRMAR en su integridad la providencia recurrida, por cuanto sus fundamentos jurídicos tienen pleno arraigo constitucional, están puestos en razón y se ajustan a derecho.

- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del 28 de marzo de 2017, dictado por el Magistrado Sustanciador Alejandro Linares Cantillo, por medio del cual rechazo la demanda, identificada con el numero de radicacion D-11970.
- Segundo. NOTIFICAR esta decision al demandante, por medio de la Secretaria de esta Corporacion, la que debera realizarse directamente en la Carcel Nacional de Bogota, haciendole saber que contra ella no procede recurso y advirtiendole que esta decision no impide que pueda, si lo desea, con posterioridad, presentar de nuevo la demanda, tomando en consideracion lo explicado por esta Corporacion.
