- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Maria Angelica Padilla Rodriguez contra el Ministerio de Proteccion Social -Coordinacion General del Grupo Interno de Trabajo para la Gestion del Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santa Marta, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
