DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el 27 de junio de 2013 por el Tribunal Superior de Buga, Sala Penal, mediante el cual se declaró incompetente para conocer de la acción de tutela presentada por los señores José Antonio Rubio Rodríguez, Luis Álvaro Hurtado Cifuentes, César Alexander Espitia Guachetá y Juan de Jesús Montes Valencia.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente al Tribunal Superior de Buga, Sala Penal, para que de forma inmediata tramite la acción de tutela iniciada por los señores José Antonio Rubio Rodríguez, Luis Álvaro Hurtado Cifuentes, César Alexander Espitia Guachetá y Juan de Jesús Montes Valencia.
