- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado 33 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Joselin Ramirez Martinez, en su condicion de procurador de Jorge Alfredo Jimenez Lopez, y otros, contra el Banco Colmena BCSC y la Superintendencia Financiera.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, la presente sentencia al Juzgado 7deg Civil Municipal de Bogota, DC, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la misma.
