- Primero. Dejar sin efecto el auto de la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, integrada por conjueces, del 7 de septiembre de 2006, dentro del proceso de accion de tutela de Octavio Arcila Quintero contra el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Sala Disciplinaria.
- Segundo. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la impugnacion formulada del proceso de accion de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, la presente sentencia al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Quindio y la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la misma.
