Se Suspenden Los Terminos Para Fallar El Proceso De La Referencia, Mientras Se Surte El Tramite Correspondiente.

PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se ponga en conocimiento al senor Abab Antonio Sepulveda del contenido del expediente de Tutela Ndeg T-1.952.397, para que, dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la notificacion del presente Auto, se pronuncie acerca de las pretensiones y del problema juridico que plantea la aludida accion de tutela.
SEGUNDO. Mientras se surte el tramite correspondiente, los terminos para fallar el proceso de la referencia se suspenden.
