Solicitud de Aclaración de la Sentencia T-029/13.

Luego de analizar la petición impetrada por el memorialista, concluye la Sala que no se cumplen los requisitos sustanciales exigidos para que la misma proceda, toda vez que el fragmento que se pide aclarar no contiene frases que objetivamente ofrezcan duda, den lugar a ambigüedad o resulten de difícil comprensión.

Se decide RECHAZAR POR IMPROCEDENTE.
