Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 27 de julio de 2012 dictado por el Magistrado Nilson Pinilla Pinilla, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda de la referencia, pues el demandante no la subsanó dentro del término establecido en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala establece que el recurso de súplica fue interpuesto de manera extemporánea y en tal sentido decide RECHAZARLO.
