- PRIMERO. DECIDIR el conflicto de competencia presentado entre el Juzgado
- Tercero. Administrativo de Popayan y el Juzgado Veinticuatro Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota, ordenando la remision del expediente a este ultimo.
- SEGUNDO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de fecha 1 de abril de 2009 proferido por el Juzgado Veinticuatro Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota.
- TERCERO. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela instaurada por Elivan Imbachi Gomez contra Accion Social, al Juzgado Veinticuatro Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota, para que sin mas demoras, tramite y profiera decision de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
- CUARTO. Por Secretaria General COMUNICAR al Juzgado
- Tercero. Administrativo del Circuito de Popayan, la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
