El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el escrito de subsanación no logró corregir la falta de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia advertidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación verificó que no se satisfizo la carga argumentativa, ni se acreditaron los presupuestos de certeza, especificidad y suficiencia necesarios para originar una verdadera controversia constitucional.
Con base en lo anterior, se CONFIRMA el auto cuestionado.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 21 de mayo de 2020, proferido por el magistrado sustanciador Carlos Bernal Pulido, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por el senor Alejandro Decastro Gonzalez (Exp. D-13689).
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
