Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque la actora no corrigió los yerros identificados en el auto inadmisorio, relacionados con el cumplimiento de los requisitos de certeza, pertinencia y suficiencia.
Ello, por cuanto se limitó esencialmente a replicar la demanda inicialmente presentada con las correcciones plasmadas en la subsanación, sin que estas superaran las falencias advertidas por el despacho a cargo del asunto.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación comparte los motivos esbozados en el auto cuestionado y decide CONFIRMARLO en su integridad.
