Solicitud de revisión del Auto de Sala Plena 470/20, mediante el cual se rechazó el recurso de súplica presentado dentro del proceso de la referencia.
La peticionaria argumentó que con dicha providencia se le vulneran derechos fundamentales y Derechos Humanos Internacionales.
Luego de reiterar que contra el rechazo de las demandas de inconstitucionalidad únicamente procede el recurso de súplica ante la Sala Plena de la Corporación y que la petición que nuevamente se formula en esta oportunidad es manifiestamente improcedente, se decide su RECHAZO.
