Recurso de Súplica contra el Auto del 31 de agosto de 2011, por medio del cual se informa al Procurador General de la Nación que la intervención realizada dentro del expediente de la referencia fue recibida y anexada al mismo pero sin ser tenida en cuenta, en virtud de lo establecido por el artículo 404 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. .
La Sala concluye que por tratarse de un trámite de revisión de tutelas de un procedimiento especial de obligatorio cumplimiento e interpretación restringida y, por no contemplar éste el mencionado recurso de súplica, se debe RECHAZAR el mismo por improcedente.
