- PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto negativo de competencia entre jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 003 Administrativo Oral del Circuito Judicial de Riohacha y el Juzgado 002 Civil del Circuito Judicial de Riohacha, en el sentido de DECLARAR que, la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa es la competente para conocer el proceso judicial promovido.
- SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, REMITIR a la Oficina de Apoyo Judicial de Riohacha el expediente CJU 5956 para que proceda a realizar el reparto al Tribunal Administrativo de la Guajira, y para que comunique la presente decisión a los interesados en este trámite, al Juzgado 003 Administrativo Oral del Circuito Judicial de Riohacha y al Juzgado 002 Civil del Circuito Judicial de Riohacha.
