Se decidió la colisión de competencias suscitada entre el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Antioquia y el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Amagá, en el sentido de determinar que la competencia para tramitar la tutela instaurada por el ciudadano de referencia le corresponde al mencionado Juzgado.
En consecuencia, la Corte ordenó remitir el expediente al Juzgado para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
