La demanda se rechazó porque el demandante no subsanó las deficiencias argumentativas advertidas en el auto de inadmisión, en particular, no satisfizo la carga argumentativa exigida para la formulación de un cargo por la presunta vulneración del principio de igualdad.
Debido a que el actor incurrió en una falta de motivación que impide emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso interpuesto y, en consecuencia, CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto cuestionado.
