Recurso de súplica.

La demanda se rechazó porque en el escrito de corrección persistieron las deficiencias evidenciadas en la providencia de inadmisión, manteniendo el actor la misma línea argumentativa que se había encontrado insuficiente en el precitado auto.

La Sala Plena Corporación concluyó que al magistrado ponente no le quedaba alternativa distinta a rechazar la demanda, en tanto era evidente que se mantenía incólume la carencia de aptitud sustantiva y no es del resorte de la Corte sustituir a los demandantes en ese deber de enmendar las deficiencias advertidas en la inadmisión.

Con base en lo anterior se decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.

CONFIRMAR el Auto del 17 de marzo de 2021, que rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por los ciudadanos Diego Andres Cancino Martinez y John Mejia Anaya contra los articulos 149 (parcial), 155 y 157 de la Ley 1801 de 2016 "por la cual se expide el Codigo Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana", dentro del expediente con numero de radicacion D-14078.
  2. SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
