Impedimento formulado por la magistrada Cristina Pardo Schlesinger.

La magistrada argumentó estar incursa en la casual 4 del artículo 56 del CPP.

Esto, por haber dado respuesta a la acción de tutela formulada en contra de la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional, en su condición de presidenta de la Corporación.

Se concluyó que el impedimento manifestado por la doctora Pardo es impertinente en la etapa procesal correspondiente a la discusión sobre la eventual procedencia de un pronunciamiento de unificación, en los términos del artículo 61 del Reglamento Interno de la Corte.

Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZA por improcedente.
