Conflicto de Competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Quinto Administrativo Oral de Neiva y el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Villeta (Cundinamarca).
La Corte Constitucional luego de pronunciarse respecto a la competencia de la Corporación para resolver el asunto y de reiterar las reglas aplicables para resolver conflictos de competencia, decide el asunto ordenando enviar el expediente al Juzgado Quinto Administrativo Oral de Neiva para que de forma inmediata tramite la acción de tutela impetrada.
Se advierte a este Despacho Judicial que en lo sucesivo debe observar estrictamente la jurisprudencia de la Corte sobre los conflictos de competencia en materia de tutela.
