- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de fecha 31 de marzo de 2009 proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Fusagasugá, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda por falta de competencia
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por María Elisa Gutiérrez Fierro contra la Alcaldía Municipal de Fusagasugá, al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Fusagasugá, para que sin más demoras, continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría General COMUNICAR al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Fusagasugá, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aquí resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
