- Primero. ACEPTAR, con base en las razones expresadas en esta providencia, el impedimento manifestado por el Procurador General de la Nación para emitir concepto dentro del expediente D-7308.
- Segundo. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto Ley 262 del 2000 y en armonía con el Decreto 2067 de 1991, ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional que, una vez se levante la suspensión de términos decretada en el proceso de la referencia con ocasión del impedimento propuesto, corra traslado por el término que falte al Viceprocurador General de la Nación, para que rinda el concepto de que tratan los artículos 242-2 y 278-5 de la Constitución Política.
