A pesar de que el memorialista requirió a la Corporación para que anulara de manera oficiosa el fallo de la referencia, encontró la Sala Plena que petición era una reiteración de la solicitud de nulidad que derivó en la expedición del Auto 1443/22.
Tras verificar que se incumplió el requisito de oportunidad, se RECHAZÓ, por extemporánea, la pretensión de nulidad formulada en esta oportunidad.
