Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda de la referenciase dio porque sobre el asunto se verificó que existía el fenómeno de la cosa juzgada constitucional.
Fundamentalmente, el Magistrado evidenció que la norma acusada ya había sido objeto de análisis en la Sentencia C-604/12, por medio de la cual se declaró exequible el numeral 4º del artículo 195 de la Ley 1437 de 2011.
La Sala Plena decidió CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto recurrido.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 11 de mayo de 2020, proferido por el Magistrado Antonio Jose Lizarazo Ocampo en el proceso D-13690, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por los ciudadanos Luz Elena Sierra Valencia y Rafael Ignacio Cantillo Ortega, contra el articulo 195 (parcial) de la Ley 1437 de 2011.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision a los recurrentes, indicandoles que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
