Se no dio curso a la solicitud formulada por la Comisión Legal de Cuentas de la Cámara de Representantes, sobre la renuencia por parte del Director General del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística-DANE a comparecer a esta célula Congresional para atender citaciones que en dos oportunidades con el fin de que rinda informes sobre hechos relacionados directamente con lo que la Comisión adelanta.
Lo anterior, porque la Corte no encontró que se configuren los elementos que dan lugar a su intervención en los términos del Art. 137 de la Constitución Política.
Se ordenó comunicar este auto al Secretario de la Comisión Legal de Cuentas de la Cámara de Representantes y archivar el expediente.
