Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia T-114/16.

El peticionario pretende que la Corte determine que el término de prescripción para el pago del retroactivo ordenado en la providencia de la referencia, tenga en cuenta la fecha en la que se interpuso la demanda ordinaria laboral que provocó la providencia cuestionada en sede de tutela, pues fue a partir de ese momento en el que se interrumpió la prescripción.

Luego de verificar que la pretensión del solicitante no apunta a una aclaración sino a una manifestación de inconformidad y a una alteración de la parte resolutiva del fallo, la Sala de Revisión decide RECHAZARLA por improcedente.
