Recurso formulado en contra del Auto 1308/24, mediante el cual se resolvió el recurso de súplica interpuesto en contra del proveído de rechazo de la demanda de la referencia.
Reiteró la Sala Plena que el auto que resuelve un recurso de súplica no es impugnable y que, por tanto, la pretensión analizada en la presente oportunidad es improcedente.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ el recurso deprecado.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso presentado por el señor José Yimi Carabalí Mosquera en contra del auto 1308 de 2024 por el cual la Sala Plena resolvió el recurso de súplica contra el auto del 8 de julio de 2024, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el artículo 46.2 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
- Segundo. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de la decisión al demandante con la indicación de que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
