Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque no se subsanaron plenamente las deficiencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión y porque con el escrito de subsanación se reafirmó la imposibilidad de admitir un juicio de fondo.
Encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el actor reiteró las razones expuestas en la demanda y en la corrección, sin señalar algún yerro, olvido o arbitrariedad en el que hubiera incurrido la providencia censurada.
Consideró, además, que los argumentos presentados en el recurso constituyeron reiteraciones de aquellos expuestos desde el inicio y en la subsanación.
Ante la falta de carga argumentativa se rechazó la SUPLICA invocada.
